Factor Design Build, Denver.

A luxury design-build firm creating inspired spaces for its clients — and $25M in revenue through systems built by one embedded operator.

The build. We rebuilt and optimized the website, refreshed the brand, and stood up HubSpot end to end — pipeline stages, automations, lead scoring, and tracking from every channel — so every inquiry lands in one disciplined system.

The team. SEO, Google Ads, and social production brought under managed teams — growing Facebook and Instagram, launching LinkedIn and YouTube — with Google Workspace organized and secured, saving thousands a year.

The hand-off. Every system has an internal owner: website with the creative team, HubSpot with sales, Workspace with operations. Basho stays on as light oversight of the agencies.

Reach University.

The nonprofit university behind the Apprenticeship Degree — with Basho serving across three executive seats: COO, CTO, and CMO.

The mandate. Three lanes, one operator: brand, technology, and the org-wide systems that create transparency and collaboration — grounded by teaching as an adjunct and three years of strategy beside the C-suite.

The build. The new brand launched across reach.edu, info.reach.edu, and ncad.org on one platform, with the complete CRM architected from scratch — four pipelines, thousands of contacts, inbound calling included.

The hand-off. The systems carried Reach from a small core team to a many-times-larger university, then moved to internal owners across Marcomm, IT, and Sales Ops. Next: AI agents for prospecting and data quality.

I'm Basho Mosko. I've spent my career building and running teams across education, media, and technology — leading growth, operations, and go-to-market for startups and mission-driven organizations.
